With three different spaces, Heimerzheim Castle offers the perfect event location for every taste and size. The Lower Ward is the best choice for large groups. Up to 200 people can be seated here at set tables. Standing even 300 people can be accommodated. At no time you have to fear for your privacy: The Lower Ward is situated on its own island in front of the main castle and is therefore the perfect location for lively celebrations with your beloved ones.

Heimerzheim Castle: Worth a visit at any time of the year

There are places that are beautiful all year round. The Lower Ward of Heimerzheim Castle is undoubtedly one of them. The Castle Pavilion can be opened via three wing doors to the Mediterranean inner courtyard, which invites you to linger in summer. In winter, the open fireplace creates a special atmosphere of cosiness.

The historic rooms of the Lower Ward radiate a warm, elegant ambience with their pretty brick walls, in which you and your guests will immediately feel at home. You do not have to miss modern technical equipment: While in the cold season the underfloor heating keeps you warm, the air conditioning ensures pleasant coolness in the summer months. At the bar you can have delicious long drinks and cocktails mixed by our experienced service staff.  Whether it’s Cuba Libre, Caipirinha or Tequila Sunrise – we fulfill all your wishes.

As individual as your event: our seating options

Every event is individual and special. We from Heimerzheim Castle know this, which is why we have made it our business to adapt our facilities completely to your personal wishes and ideas. This also applies to the seating options, which we can arrange according to your needs. While the Lower Ward can accommodate up to 300 people in its unseated state, it is also possible to equip the rooms with tables and chairs. Then there is still room for 200 guests. Whether you prefer banquet seating, U-shaped seating or parliamentary seating – we will be happy to fulfill your wishes!

The Lower Ward: perfect for large events

The Lower Ward is the perfect location for weddings, corporate events and all other big celebrations. Celebrate your wedding in the outer castle, in order to be able to dance even at a large wedding party, or hold your corporate event in the spacious Castle Pavilion, so that the entire staff can comfortably find space in one room.

Are you looking for a location for a smaller event? Then take a look at our Castle Pavilion. With room for up to 100 guests, it is smaller than the outer castle, but not less attractive.
