The Red Salon of the impressive Heimerzheim Castle offers a unique setting for the first step into a common future. Give yourself the word of consent in the noble surroundings of the castle instead of entering into a marriage in an anonymous registry office. In the Red Salon you and your guests have up to 80 seats at your disposal. Other guests can watch the ceremony standing up. After the ceremony we will gladly prepare a small champagne reception with snacks for you.

Three steps to your civil marriage in the Red Salon:

– Please check with us first about the availability of the civil wedding ceremony in the Red Salon.

– After we have confirmed the availability of the Red Salon for your civil wedding, you can fix the wedding date with the municipality of Swisttal. You can follow this link to the website of the Swisttal registry office (contents of the website only available in German).

– Once the date is fixed by the registry office we will set up a location-contract with you. Please note that your appointment is not binding until you have signed the contract.

Celebrate your wedding at Heimerzhein Castle: Everything in one location

Most weddings take place in several locations. After the registry office, the guests usually have to get into the car again to get to the party location. If you celebrate your wedding at Burg Heimerzheim, you can skip this annoying intermediate step. After the wedding ceremony, you can change directly into your party location with us. The best place for this is the Ward, since the Red Salon is also located here. If you like it a little smaller, you can, of course, also use our Castle Pavilion, which combines historical elements with modern chic. Do you need even more space for your guests? Then the Lower Ward is just right for you. There is room for up to 200 people!
