With Heimerzheim Castle you have found an extraordinary location for the most beautiful day of your life. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the imposing castle is enthroned in the midst of nature in the municipality of Swisttal near Bonn and exudes a romantic, idyllic atmosphere with its historic walls. Use the spacious park for beautiful wedding photos or take a leisurely stroll through the magnificent gardens of the castle between the wedding ceremony and the festivities. In its secluded location, Heimerzheim Castle offers a private atmosphere where you can party even late into the night without being disturbed. You benefit from good accessibility due to the immediate proximity to the city of Bonn, which is only a 30-minute drive away. A large parking lot is available for you and your guests directly at the castle.

Our facilities: The right location for every wedding

No matter whether you want to celebrate in a small group with family and friends or make a big wedding party – Heimerzheim Castle offers you the perfect facilities. Most space is offered by the Lower Ward, which is located on its own island and consists of a large festival hall and a Mediterranean inner courtyard. Here up to 200 guests can sit comfortably at tables.

For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, the Castle Pavilion is the perfect place. Once the bakery of the castle inhabitants, the castle pavilion now serves wedding parties with up to 100 guests as a room for an unforgettable celebration.

There is also room for 100 seated guests in the Ward. Here you have three rooms at your disposal: The Red Salon, which is ideal for a champagne reception, the dining room and the courtyard. During the summer season, the courtyard is covered with a marquee so that you can use the dining room as a spacious dance floor. Of course, we offer you high-level equipment with modern technology in any of our rooms.

First-class service for unforgettable celebrations

We are happy to support you with inspiration and experience in your planning even before the actual wedding, so that your big day becomes an unforgettable experience. This includes the selection of the decoration, the photographer and the musical background. For several years now we have been working with selected partners who make every party a unique experience. Our in-house catering service provides you with small and large culinary delicacies throughout the day. Whether you prefer the classic three-course menu or the more flexible form of buffet – we are entirely based on your personal wishes and ideas. We are happy to provide you with experienced and friendly service staff, so that you don’t have to worry about anything at your wedding and can enjoy the day to the fullest.

Straight from the party to bed: Spend the night in our hotel

Only very few guests want to go home in the middle of the night after an exuberant wedding celebration – at Heimerzheim Castle they don’t even have to. So you can book the 21 rooms of our 3-star superior hotel for yourself and your guests. The next morning we will serve you an excellent German breakfast buffet. Our breakfast offer is available from Monday to Friday between 7.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m., on Saturday between 08.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. and on Sunday between 09.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m..
