- Exit Swisttal-Heimerzheim.
- Take the L 182 towards Bornheim.
- Follow the signs to the “Bundespolizei” (Federal Police) (Kölner Str.).
- At the end of the village before the forest / park begins, turn right into Burg Heimerzheim.
- Shortly after the property entrance you will see the gate of the castle, parking lot on the left.
B56 coming from Bonn
- Shortly after Buschhoven turn right into the L 163 towards Weilerswist/Heimerzheim.
- Follow the road for about 4.5 km.
- In Heimerzheim follow Kölner Straße in the left bend.
- On the left you will see the castle and the access road.
- Shortly after the property entrance you will see the gate of the castle, parking lot on the left.
